EVALUATE. PLAN. MARKET.

The first 30 days will establish where the player best fits, what the advancement strategy should look like and implementation of the player marketing plan.

Includes:

Four weekly one-on-one sessions.

Ongoing communication throughout the 30 days.

A clear evaluation of the player, a complete advancement plan, and the first marketing steps.

At the end of 30 days, continue working with Compass or take the plan forward independently.
