My last game as a student-athlete was a loss in an NCAA championship final. For more than 30 years since, I have worked as a player, coach, scout, advisor and business leader.

I placed my first player in Junior hockey in 1996 and have helped players advance to opportunities within the NCAA, CHL, USHL, NAHL, CJHL, ACHA, U Sports and professional leagues.

My scouting experience includes work with player agencies, academies and junior organizations throughout North America.

I've also sat where many parents sit today. I've hired an advisor. And I've made difficult decisions alongside my own son.

Outside of hockey, I've spent my career helping small businesses and billion-dollar corporations solve marketing and growth challenges.

Just honest direction from someone who has experienced the process from every angle.
